TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

I. Shipping Range and Import/Export Standards
We currently offer shipping services within the United States and internationally.
We strictly adhere to U.S. Customs and international import/export standards, including U.S. Customs and FDA standards for food-grade ceramic products.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for import duties, excise taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
We follow the DAP model, a standard international trade model, where the seller is responsible for shipping to the destination, and the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and tax.
II. Logistics Partners
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we have long-standing partnerships with several reliable logistics companies, including:
U.S. Shipping: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics
International Shipping: DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide Saver, EMS
The system automatically selects the fastest and safest shipping method based on your delivery address and order weight.
III. Shipping and Transportation Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
After shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to check delivery progress in real time.
Under normal circumstances:
Orders to the continental United States will arrive within approximately 3-7 business days;
Orders to remote areas of the United States (such as Alaska and Hawaii) will arrive within approximately 5-10 business days;
Orders to Canada and Mexico will arrive within approximately 7-14 business days;
International orders to Europe, Australia, and Asia will arrive within approximately 10-21 business days.
Please note: The above times are estimated delivery times and do not include delays due to holidays, customs clearance delays, or force majeure.
IV. Packaging and Damage Protection
Our ceramic plates are packaged in thick, shock-absorbing foam and double-layered corrugated cartons to ensure safe transportation.
If your item is damaged, missing, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and attach a clear photo and order number. After verification, we will offer re-shipment or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Customs Duties and Customs Clearance
For international orders, import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If the package is returned due to customer refusal to pay customs duties, we will only refund the product price, not the shipping fee.
In the event of customs inspections or delays, we will assist you in tracking the shipment, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Address and Returns
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, missing information, or no one to sign for it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
If the customer requests a refund, the product price will be refunded, excluding the original shipping fee.
7. Force Majeure and Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, epidemics, natural disasters, traffic accidents, strikes, and customs controls.
We will do our best to assist customers in tracking their packages and coordinate with the logistics company to resolve the issue.
