If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please carefully read the following return and exchange policy.
I. Return and Exchange Requirements
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted (unless there is a quality issue with the product).

The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging (including the box, protective foam, accessories, and instructions).
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Clearance or special offer items;
Items that are visibly used or damaged (not due to shipping).
II. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your ceramic dish is damaged in shipping, is missing parts, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide the following information for processing:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos (including the damaged area and packaging)
After verification, we will offer reshipment, replacement, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
III. Return Process
Contact our customer service team, explain the reason for your return, and provide your order information.
After customer service confirms your return, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Please package your return item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
After your return package is shipped, please retain the shipping receipt and notify us.
Once you have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as size, color, or personal preference), the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For returns due to product quality or shipping errors, we will cover the shipping costs.
IV. Refund Instructions
All refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The refund amount will only include the purchase price and does not include the original shipping costs (unless the return is due to quality issues). Refund processing time depends on the payment processor's processing speed and typically takes 5–10 business days.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact Customer Service to confirm availability.
The exchange process is the same as the return process. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
6. International Order Returns and Exchanges
International orders are also eligible for returns and exchanges. However, due to the higher cost of cross-border shipping, return shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is delayed due to customs clearance issues, we will do our best to assist but will not cover any associated costs.
7. Special Notice
All ceramic products are made using a high-temperature firing process. Minor bubbling, color variations, or texture variations may occur on handmade products. This is normal and does not constitute a quality issue.
We reserve the right to deny returns based on specific circumstances (for example, if the item is obviously used or not in its original packaging).
